Studio Marullo in Condojanni: a family history, tradition and generational evolution

- 1947 - Opening of the Marullo di Condojanni Law Firm
Founded in Messina in 1947 by lawyer Sergio, former Senator of the Italian Republic, a hero of the Second World War who dedicated his life to forensic and political activity, first in his region and then in the nascent Italian Republic.
- 1978 - Lawyer Francesco Marullo di Condojanni takes over
In 1978, the management of the Firm passed to his son, lawyer Francesco Marullo di Condojanni, who interpreted the profession also at the highest levels of forensic policy, covering over the years the National Presidency of AIGA, of the Order of Lawyers of Messina, and of the Sicilian Forums and member of the CNF, as well as presidency of the Lucifer Foundation. Under his guidance, the firm has implemented the fields of activity and created a network of collaborations with law firms throughout the territory.
- 2000s - Internationalization of the Firm
Since the 2000s, the activity has become international thanks to the commitment of Sergio Marullo. Sergio, who bears his grandfather’s name, had already started the Rome office, in Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina, to respond to the needs of institutional clients and geographically centralize the multiple activities of the firm.
- 2011 - Opening office in Milan
In 2011, the Milan office was opened in Via Carducci 16, entrusted to the lawyer Ferdinando Marullo di Condojanni, who expanded the activities with assistance and advice in the tax field.
- 2022 - 75 year of History
In 2022, the studio celebrated 75 years of activity. Our three offices in Messina, Milan and Rome have been reorganized so as to operate in close connection and offer customers assistance throughout Italy.
- 2023 - Entitling of the Messina Department of Lawyers to Francesco Marullo di Condojanni
On June 12, 2023, the conference entitled “Lawyers remember Francesco Marullo di Condojanni” was held. During the conference, which was attended by the National President of the CNF and the various Presidents of the Sicilian Bar, the Messina Department of Lawyers was named after the lawyer Francesco “A perennial reminder of his commitment to advocacy”
